Week 5 - Building phase 3

'20 mins easy' means just that. You should be running at a nice, comfortable easy pace and feel at the end of it that you could still do some more.


It's a proven schedule to train beginner runners to run a half marathon without injury so please take the advice. Still 3 runs this week and our longer one on Sunday to look forward to!
